FAQs

We are a fully licensed venue and do not allow food and beverages to be brought onsite. We can cater for your needs – bring a picnic rug, set up on the hill and order food and beverages from our cellar door bar menu.

We don’t offer picnic packages, however you can turn up with your picnic rug, and order food and beverages from the cellar door bar, and create your own picnic experience on the hill. For this option, you do not need a reservation. We encourage guests to bring their own picnic rugs to set up on, as the outdoor furniture is limited.

  • Our restaurant doesn’t offer birthday cakes, however we have a range of desserts you can pre-order, or simply request on the day for the birthday guest. Our team can add candles to the dessert when they bring it out. Alternatively, we can recommend local cake suppliers. Our team will be happy to store the cake in the cool room, and they can plate it for you if needed.

Over the years we have had many proposals here at the Estate. If you let us know what you are planning we will try our best to accommodate this. We can recommend the perfect area to propose, that is more private, showcases the best views of the estate, and we can assist with any cellar door or restaurant reservations for you to celebrate after. We’re here to help make it perfect, so let us know what you are planning and we will do our best to make it work.

We are a dog friendly venue, however we do not allow dogs inside the restaurant or cellar door. If you would like to enjoy a wine tasting, let us know that you are bringing a dog, and we will try our best to accommodate an outdoor table for you, for the tasting.

All of the seating for our restaurant is located inside the building. If you would like to dine outside, you can choose a table and order from our cellar door menu. Please note we do not take bookings for the outdoor area. You can turn up on the day and order as you go.

We do not reserve any of our outdoor furniture. You can simply turn up at any time and secure a table. Please note our furniture is limited and we encourage guests to bring along picnic rugs to set up on, as we have a large lawn area that overlooks the vineyards on the Estate.
